Professionally, Britney is well-qualified, having successfully passed her Series 7 and 66 exams, and she holds life and health insurance licenses. With 8 years of experience working alongside Lisa in various capacities—ranging from branch operations to investment services—and 4 years of close collaboration with both David and Lisa, Britney has become an integral part of the team.

Her role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, executing trades, assisting with paperwork, setting up new accounts, updating beneficiary information, and even troubleshooting technology issues such as account access.
